Intinerary

Day 1 : Hanoi -Lao Cai- train ( train ) 

Picked up at the hotel at 20.30 then transferred to the train station. Catch the Hanoi-Laocai train leaving at 22.00. Overnight on train in a soft sleeper cabin with A/C

Day 2: Lao Cai - Sapa

Arriving at Laocai station at around 6am, you will be met and greeted by our guide and driver there. Transferred to Sapa. To reach Sapa, the bus has to travel uphill and completes its 33km road on top of the mountains. That will be a really breathtaking drive. Arriving in Sapa, you check in at the hotel for refreshment and breakfast. After taking a brief rest at the hotel, we will embark on a soft walk to Catcat village-a H'mong ethnic village near Sapa. After going sightseeing, chatting with local H'mong People, we get back to your hotel in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Sapa at hotel. (Breakfast, Lunch and Diner included)

Day 03: Tavan village BanHo villages (trek) 

Today's the day you trek deep into Sapa ethnic communities to discover ethnic people's culture and their unique agriculture with picturesque rice paddy terraces. There will be ample opportunity to meet with our friendly people. We walk to Laochai and Tavan village. From here we pass through several H'mong villages perched on distant hill. We will arrive at Ban Ho village, Tay minority people by later afternoon . We will have time to wander around this charming little village. The village is home to the Tay people and tonight, they will be our hosts. Our host will be very generous and friendly offering you their home-produced rice whisky which is very strong. Prepare yourself!(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)

Day 4: Sinchai villages

After having breakfast, we embark on our approximately six-hour trek that leads us along buffalo beaten paths and trails and through several hill tribe villages. This is an absolutely spectacular trek through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest ethnic people you will meet. We cross the river and passing by Nam Tong villages, Red Dzao people. Lunch in Nam Cang village of Phula ( known also as Xa Pho ) minority people, then trek through Thanh Phu, Tay minority people to Sinchai Red Dzao people for home stay.(Breakfast, Lunch and Diner included)

Day 5: Supan village Sapa

Today, there will be a long tough uphill trek for us. The today's destination is Supan, red Dzao village. There have not been many tourists here so this is quite an untouched place. DzaoEthnic people here

are quite unfamiliar with westerners but they will liven up quickly then be friendly and generous with you. Dao women are particularly striking as they wear a large red turban often covered with old coins or jewelry( the reason why so called red Dzao). We meet our awaiting jeep for the drive back to Sapa. Tonight's accommodation will be at a local guesthouse. (Breakfast, Lunch included)

Day 6: Bacha market - Hanoi 

Rising to the sounds of morning coming to life for another lovely day, we breakfast and head out for a stunning spectacular of bobbling bazaar. Bacha's considered one of the most wonderful and colorful markets in extreme north Vietnam where thousands

of local people in their traditional attires busily buy and sell the local products. Dogs, cats, pigs, horse... are all on sales. This is golden opportunity to take best shots! Afternoon we leave for Cocly, where we visit the limestone cave before we board our sampan for a couple of hour cruise along the wild river. Our awaiting van at the dock will pick you up and transfer to Laocai for overnight train back to Hanoi.(Breakfast and Lunch included)

Day 7: Hanoi arrival

The train arrives in Hanoi at 5am.

Transfer to your hotel. Our trip comes to an end

Note: Bac Ha Market takes place on Sunday, another market not far from Bac Ha Market, Can Cau Market is an alternative. Please arrange so that day 6 falls on Sunday or Saturday
