Araham and his wife who are from US and did the trip in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in October 2008. Dear Proland Tours! we have finished my long trip to Indochina - Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia successfully! We would like to reveal our warm thanks to your good organization. We knew and saw many interesting and nice places, met many good and kind people. Service was excellent except in Ho Chi Minh, we have been waiting for picking up us over ten munites at the airport. We had said about it with the local guide. She perceived it with warm understanding. Honestly, I have positive impressions on the trip to Indochina with good itinerary suggested by you. I will recommend the service of Proland Tours to my friends. Good work!!! P.S. I have one request to you if possible. Hi Son, We have been home for over one month after the great tour you had arranged for us, sorry for contacting you not as soon as we had promised when saying good bye. We had to deal with some my issues at our workplace and home before getting back to you to thank you for putting together a great itinerary of the three countries, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. As a matter of fact, it was well organized and almost everything worked smoothly without any problems. The tour guides and drivers you had chosen were great and we definitely liked the way they showed up on time and kept to the itinerary. They took the time to explain any changes that were needed due to circumstances beyond their control, such as closing of the Royal Palace at Phonm Penh for the public the day we were supposed to visit there. My wife and I completely enjoyed the tour and agreed with you organization way. Thanks again for a job well done! May I mention there were a couple of little hiccups. You are aware of the hotel situation in Hanoi. Some of the tour guides said they did not know about my wife's meal requirement (her not eating meat). So, she was not very pleased at some meal times. I am letting you know of these so that you can have them corrected for the future.
