Hai Yen Hotel is located on the road between Hoi An ancient town and Cua Dai beach. It is about 500m from the centre of Hoi An ancient town and 2.5km from Cua Dai Beach.

The Hotel is located in a quiet and open area which is convenient for guests to visit ancient vestiges or to go to the beach. The hotel has a car park with security.

The hotel also has a restaurant that can serve 40 to 60 guests with European and Asian dishes.

There is a swimming-pool over 100 square meters designed with JEAN DESJOUEAUX technology. It is very suitable for the guests.

The hotel opened in May, 1998, and is upgraded annually.
